Job Responsibilities

1. Coffee Production & Processing

• Operate state-of-the-art Nestlé coffee processing machinery to convert green coffee beans into premium instant coffee and blends.
• Ensure each stage—roasting, grinding, extraction, drying, and packaging—meets Nestlé’s global quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow strict hygiene protocols.

2. Quality Control & Assurance

• Conduct routine sampling, testing, and analysis to ensure flavor consistency and product safety.
• Follow Nestlé’s global standards for HACCP, ISO, and FSSAI compliance.
• Record and report deviations immediately for corrective action.

3. Packaging & Dispatch

• Operate automatic filling and sealing machines for jars, pouches, and sachets.
• Label and code finished products accurately to maintain traceability.
• Work with the logistics team to prepare batches for distribution.

4. Maintenance & Safety

• Perform basic maintenance checks on production equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Report machinery issues or hazards promptly to supervisors.

5. Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work closely with team members, shift supervisors, and quality engineers.
• Maintain Nestlé’s core values of integrity, respect, and excellence.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement programs.

Job Details

• Company: Nestlé India Ltd. (Coffee Division – Nescafé / Sunrise / Beverage Unit)
• Location: Bicholim (Goa), Nanjangud (Karnataka), Tahliwal (Himachal Pradesh), and other Nestlé facilities across India
• Salary: ₹40,000 per month (average starting pay; higher for experienced candidates)
• Accommodation & Meals: Provided (Free for plant-based roles)
• Work Hours: 8-hour shifts (rotational)

Requirements

• Education:
  • Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
  • Preferred: ITI, Diploma, or Graduate (Food Tech / Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Chemistry)
• Experience:
  • Freshers welcome; training provided.
  • Experience in FMCG / food processing / beverage manufacturing is an advantage.
• Skills:
  • Basic machine operation and handling skills.
  • Awareness of food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet targets.
• Physical Fitness:
  • Fit to handle moderate physical tasks and long standing hours.
• Age: 18 years and above
