Job Responsibilities
1. Production and Processing
- Operate advanced Amul dairy machinery to convert raw milk into premium-quality products such as milk, butter, ghee, curd, paneer, cheese, and ice cream.
- Follow Amul’s strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Maintain accurate records of production batches and ensure minimal wastage.
2. Quality Control
- Monitor each stage of milk processing to ensure products meet Amul’s national and international quality benchmarks.
- Conduct periodic sampling, lab testing, and quality checks.
- Report deviations or irregularities immediately for corrective action.
3. Packaging and Distribution
- Operate automated packaging lines for bottling, pouching, labeling, and sealing dairy products.
- Ensure correct labeling, batch coding, and packaging standards to maintain freshness during transportation.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to dispatch products efficiently.
4. Equipment Maintenance
- Perform daily maintenance checks on production machinery to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Report any mechanical or electrical faults to the maintenance supervisor.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with fellow operators, supervisors, and quality staff to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
- Uphold Amul’s cooperative spirit and teamwork culture.
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and product quality.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum 5th / 8th / 10th pass; Diploma or Graduate qualifications are an added advantage.
- Experience: Experience in dairy, food, or manufacturing industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Fitness: Must be fit to handle standing shifts, bending, lifting, and other physical tasks.
- Team Player: Cooperative, punctual, and motivated to work in a group environment.
- Adaptability: Capable of working in rotating shifts and handling fast-paced production
