🧳 Job Responsibilities
1. Passenger Handling
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage procedures.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient passenger experience at counters and boarding gates.
- Handle flight and gate announcements professionally and clearly.
2. Baggage & Ramp Services
- Supervise baggage loading, unloading, and tagging processes.
- Coordinate with ramp staff to ensure safe handling of luggage and cargo.
- Resolve issues related to lost or damaged baggage.
3. Ticketing & Reservations
- Manage ticket issuance, cancellations, and rescheduling using airline software systems.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.
4. Security & Compliance
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed as per DGCA and Air India standards.
- Assist in pre-boarding security checks and passenger document verification.
5. Customer Service & Assistance
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide special assistance to elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with reduced mobility.

- Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Kochi, and other airports across India.
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on role and location)
- Shifts: Rotational (Morning / Evening / Night)

📋 Requirements
- Education:
- Minimum: 12th Pass (10+2) from a recognized board
- Preferred: Diploma or Graduate in Aviation, Tourism, or Hospitality
- Experience:
- Freshers welcome; prior experience in airlines or customer service preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Confident, polite, and well-groomed personality
- Computer literacy and familiarity with airline systems preferred
- Physical Standards:
- Height: Minimum 155 cm (Female), 165 cm (Male)
- Good eyesight and physical fitness
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years (relaxation for experienced candidates)
