Primary Responsibilities
- Passenger Assistance: Guide and support passengers during check-in, security checks, boarding, and baggage handling.
- Baggage Management: Handle passenger luggage safely and efficiently, ensuring correct tagging and loading.
- Ticketing and Reservations: Manage ticket sales, boarding passes, and flight-related inquiries at counters.
- Flight Coordination: Assist flight crew in coordinating boarding and departure procedures.
- Customer Service: Resolve passenger concerns and ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and professional communication.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all airport and airline safety procedures and ensure operational standards are maintained.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹47,500 (inclusive of allowances and benefits)

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass from a recognized board (Graduates preferred).
- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years as on 1st December 2025.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
- Physical Standards: Well-groomed appearance with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or airport operations is desirable but not mandatory.
