Job Responsibilities
1. Textile Production & Processing
- Operate modern textile machines such as looms, spinning frames, dyeing units, and finishing equipment.
- Oversee each stage of textile production — from raw fiber processing to the final fabric or garment.
- Maintain continuous production flow and ensure high-quality standards are met.
2. Quality Control
- Inspect yarns, fabrics, and garments for quality, color accuracy, and strength.
- Record production data and quality metrics.
- Report defects or irregularities for correction and maintain consistency in product standards.
3. Dyeing, Printing & Finishing
- Manage dyeing operations with proper chemical ratios and temperature control.
- Handle screen printing, embroidery, or digital printing machines.
- Operate finishing equipment such as stenters, compactors, and dryers.
4. Maintenance & Safety
- Conduct routine maintenance of machinery to prevent downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions promptly to the maintenance team.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with supervisors, quality control teams, and fellow operators.
- Support team members to meet daily production goals efficiently.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive work attitude.

- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skill)

- Working Hours: 8-hour shifts (rotational; overtime available)

Requirements
- Education:
- Minimum: 8th / 10th Pass
- Preferred: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Textile, Mechanical, or Production Engineering)
- Experience:
- Freshers welcome (training provided).
- Experience in spinning, weaving, dyeing, or garment production preferred.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of textile operations and machinery.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and good work discipline.
- Physical Fitness:
- Capable of handling physical tasks such as lifting rolls, standing for long hours, or operating machines.
- Age: 18 years and above
