Job Responsibilities
1. Technical Support & Customer Service
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails to assist customers with technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, or network problems.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
2. IT & Software Operations
- Support system maintenance, network monitoring, and application management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure uninterrupted system operations and updates.
- Maintain documentation of system issues and resolutions.
3. Data Entry & Process Management
- Enter, verify, and process customer or client data accurately.
- Follow established workflows and process documentation.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
4. Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Monitor daily performance metrics and report deviations to supervisors.
- Participate in internal audits and quality checks.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team leaders, trainers, and quality analysts to meet project goals.
- Participate in team meetings, share ideas, and support fellow employees.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude at all times.

Requirements
- Education:
- 10th / 12th pass, Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate (any discipline).
- Technical roles prefer candidates from IT, Computer Science, or Electronics backgrounds.
- Experience:
- Freshers and experienced professionals are both welcome.
- Prior experience in BPO, IT support, or customer service is a plus.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills (English or regional language).
- Basic computer literacy – MS Office, email, typing, etc.
- Problem-solving ability, patience, and adaptability.
- Age: Minimum 18 years.
