Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Excellence
- Welcome passengers and ensure a smooth check-in and boarding experience.
- Handle customer queries, ticketing, and reservations efficiently.
- Maintain Vistara’s reputation for warmth, hospitality, and professionalism.
2. In-Flight Service (Cabin Crew Roles)
- Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the flight.
- Conduct safety demonstrations and follow all aviation protocols.
- Serve meals and refreshments according to Vistara’s premium standards.
3. Ground Handling & Operations
- Manage passenger check-ins, boarding, and baggage procedures.
- Coordinate with flight dispatch and operations teams for timely departures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
4. Maintenance & Engineering (Technical Roles)
- Assist in aircraft maintenance, inspection, and documentation.
- Ensure all safety standards are strictly followed as per DGCA regulations.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with pilots, cabin crew, ground operations, and management.
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless flight operations.
Job Details
- Company: Vistara Airlines (Tata SIA Airlines Ltd.)
- Location: Major airports across India – Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and more
- Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹75,000 per month (depending on role and experience)
- Accommodation & Meals: Provided (for Cabin Crew and select roles)
- Shifts: Rotational (morning, evening, and night shifts)

Eligibility & Requirements
For Cabin Crew:
- Education: 12th Pass or above (Graduate preferred).
- Age: 18–27 years.
- Height: Minimum 155 cm (Females) / 170 cm (Males).
- Weight: Proportionate to height.
- Appearance: Well-groomed with good communication skills.
- Language: Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in hospitality or aviation is a plus.
For Ground Staff & Operations:
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma in Aviation or Hospitality Management.
- Skills: Excellent communication, computer literacy, and customer service attitude.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
